Shadowme.no is a BETA product developed and operated by Rudi Carlsen. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

Data Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Here is what you need to know:

• No data is sold or shared. Your customer data is never sold, shared, or provided to third parties for their independent use.
• Data stays in your environment. Shadowme operates within your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment. Your data remains where it belongs.
• You are the data controller. You retain full control and responsibility for all data processed by Shadowme within your environment.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring lawful use of the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary consent from individuals whose data may be processed
• Compliance with your own internal policies and data governance requirements
• Compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

No Guarantee of Results

Shadowme is provided "as is" during the BETA period. While we strive to deliver value, there is no guarantee of specific outcomes or performance. Results vary by industry, offer structure, sales process, and other factors unique to your business.

Limitation of Liability

As a BETA product, Shadowme.no comes with the following limitations:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
• The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied

BETA Service Terms

During the BETA period, please be aware that:

• The service may change, be updated, or be modified at any time without prior notice
• The service may be paused or discontinued during the BETA period
• Features and functionality may be added, removed, or altered as we learn and improve
